SC-Standard — SCORE2 + Retinal Imaging
Everything included in SC-Start, plus a non-mydriatic fundus (retinal) photograph with AI-assisted analysis. The retina is the only place in the body where microvascular health can be observed directly and non-invasively. This allows us to spot early signs of vascular strain, diabetic retinopathy (DR), and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It adds a profound, objective analytical layer — especially valuable for younger employees (under 40) or individuals with diabetes who may frequently skip annual eye exams. Takes under 15 minutes per person.
